Question about alexa ranking

Hi warriors and thank you for your time.

I was going around checking out on a few things. One of the things I try to make it a point to check is my alexa ranking. Now I know that a few days ago my alexa ranking was fluctuating from 1.7 mil to 2.1 mil. When I just went to check my alexa ranking a few minutes ago. It claims there is no data available. Is this just because they are getting ready to crawl and update my site. I did make a few changes to the site but the site never seen any downtime even with all of the changes I made. Can anyone help on this please and thank you.

I've seen this happen with a few of my websites as traffic tinkers off the Alexa rating will just be un-ranked. Get more traffic to fix your problem

Now if you guys had actually read the question. You would have noticed that I am not trying to increase my alexa ranking at the moment. I am trying to figure out as to why it said there is no data available for my sites. When I know they where fluctuating between 1.7mil and 2.1 mil. So before you post a response to a legitiment question make sure you read the actually question first before you head straight into a sales pitch. Oh and congradulations I just blocked your sites on my firewall so I will no longer be able to access them.

thanks effektz I just checked again my stats are back on alexa now with a site ranking of 1.8 mill or so. Just so you know as well bud the other post was for the two guys before you. Going in to straight sales. Thanks for your help effektz

Also, don't rely on alexa only. Use different tools to get the integral rating for your websites. The most helpful are: compete.com, dataopedia.com, website.grader.com, and others.

I noticed the exact same thing with my site a few minutes ago too. I also checked out some larger sites and same thing. Must have been a hiccup or something at Alexa.
