Recommend me a wordpress ticket system plugin that would support mailing to and from client directly

Hey guys,

I was looking for a specific wordpress plugin: a ticket system that would allow mail communication with user who submitted the ticket via wordpress admin panel.

Should work like this:
1) User submits ticket via front end of site;
2) We receive tickets in back end (wordpress admin panel)
3) We reply to tickets from back end
4) User receives ticket and replies from email
5) We receive his reply as update ticket and communicate further or close the ticket

If anyone has experience with this system, I would be ready to pay to get it installed on my site. I'm ready to hire whoever is capable of programming such plugin as well.

    I know there a few plugins that would do this. Have you try searching on Google? I believe Zend Desk or one other ticket system has now a port for WP.

      I have checked out ZenDesk, but I would probably need a ZenDesk expert to implement it. Doesn't seem that easy with wordpress.

      Any other plugins? I did check on Google, most of them did not allow to receive the mails and do direct mail communication from Wordpress back end.

    I use Help Desk Software HESK - a free PHP help desk

    It's not a WordPress plugin but it does allow email piping like you are wanting. They may have a WP plugin in the repository that works in conjunction with the script or you may be able to have a developer us it as a basis to build your own custom plugin.

    Unfortunately no, HESK doesn't integrate directly with other software. HESK was developed to be a stand-alone help desk application.

      I know it works great as a stand alone application since I use it everyday.
