Video Testimonial WP Plugin

there use to be a Wordpress plugin called tinybutton. you can read about it here if you don't know what I am talking about:

Anyway it was a really good app but it does not work any more and their site is now no longer.
Does anyone know anything about it? Or does anyone no of a substitute? It was a plugin for WP that allowed the visitor to leave a video testimonial straight from the website...(the app was installed on)..... it activated the webcam on the computer.
