I couldn't agree more. It's frustrating that so many people who have failed have done so unnecessarily.

Sometimes it seems like a waste of time to people who don't know how to look long term and work towards a vision.

Consistent quality blogging is definitely a key component to a successful business.

Its pretty time consuming thats why.

I have a few blogs that are consistent earners. Blogging seems to be somehting that I can always rely on for money after you do the initial hard work.

I've been blogging on my main site for over a year now.

I'm not rich and famous yet.

That's why 99.99% of people fail with blogging.

    Because it takes EFFORT.

    And if DEFINITELY takes COURAGE.

(The most response I ever got, was when I was totally 100% against the grain).

It's when all the hard work do not translate to anything at all. Expectations or targets are not met properly.

Bloggers who have been successful never used money as their main motivation. They capitalized on what they're passionate about. When you love what you're doing then it doesn't feel like it's work.

I guess internet marketers should embrace blogging and all the hard work that comes with it. There are really no short cuts when it comes to blogging. Internet marketers should really be honest with what they're really passionate about. Choose the niche that resonates best with their interests.

Exactly this. Most people want 'easy' riches hence why they never make any money as there's no such thing.

I didn't know you were on the WF Barbara and it seems like you've been here for some time, somehow I never noticed before. Good to see you around anyway.

    Anyway blogging is great.

Fantastic when you publish a piece of content and you see a furry of comments, social shares, links and shout outs from your audience and other respected marketers.

I don't particularly enjoy blogging, buts its the best way to build a relationship with potential customers if they aren't yet on your list

I try to block out a evening and write around 5-8 blog post and load them up for the next few weeks, I have found once i get my creative juices flowing I can crank out good content instead of doing it every few days

This is the truth blogging is so boring and takes time. I have started blogging myself, but I am only blogging if it's me doing videos on training, tips and advice. By doing video I feel like I can get my message across to the person that's watching and to get traffic to your post you could just blast out to your list, post in facebook groups and create a video to do with that post and upload it to youtube

I don't think it is boring at all. That's like saying the things you put in your shop are no good.

If you are interested in the nice you are active in, then writing about the niche should not be boring, if it is then you'll fail.

Besides the reasons you guys already mentioned I think there are others as well:

      - the lack of skill to write quality articles (including poor English)
      - the lack of money to invest in quality articles written by others
      - the lack of time
      - the fear that no one will read the articles

Blogging is fun, but it is also a huge time-suck especially when people start replying to your posts and asking questions to the point where you may spend most of the day answering them.

Doing so may earn you some kudos and Brownie points, but it doesn't necessarily 'put any petrol in the motor'.

If an internet marketer is telling you they hate blogging maybe it's not working for them. Or maybe they hate to write (or they're not good at it) and rather get into something doesn't require a lot of writing (paid marketing perhaps).

I think not everyone hates blogging. There are lots of people that blog for fun. These people even don't know that they can make money from their blog. I think those who are trying to make money from blogging and those who have some purpose hates blogging. This is because, it consumes to much time and effort to reach your goals. And this makes it hard. Everything has a difficulty level.

My blog is my past present and future. With each blogging page I create is like an ATM machine.

Knowing how to monetize your content before even publishing is more than enough push for anybody to create consistent valuable epic content for their audiences.

Even if my blog post I created three years ago can be a helpful guide to someone who is just starting out in the business. Passive income from the past is always great

Blogging is the main hub or portal to all other mediums you may have like youtube, podcasts, ebooks etc.

It also keeps you relevant to current events like a newspaper and it can also announce future endeavors of your company.

Blogging may be time consuming but all successful entrepreneur have them and major company brands are branching out to this blogging phenomenon because of the engagement it creates to their audiences is so intimate and overdelivers value while fattening your bank account with recurring passive income.

For many people it is TIME consuming and after they created a good amount of web pages, they want to see some results. When they don't, that is a deal breaker.

I don't necessarily hate blogging, but like you said, it takes alot of time!

I've also tried autoblogs but most of the software I've seen doesn't make sense when it makes a post.

I once found a plugin that would make posts for you after you schedule them, but you still have to come up with the content that you want it to post.

This makes me think, I need to start setting aside 15-30 minutes per day just to make posts!

Blogging is far from boring. If you find it's boring it's probably because you're doing it wrong or not putting the effort into it and therefore not seeing the rewards.

When your posts are going viral across social media, there's scores of comments from people saying they love the post, big name marketers are signing your praises etc you certainly aren't bored.
