I have the following
1.) a domain.
2.)Half a website with a specified launch date.
3.)A target market with low competition and high profit
4.) logo along with designer at my disposal.

I live in northern Saskatchewan and frankly people here like I'm sure many others across the world believe in the old shake Of the hand business meeting when it comes to digital products. I want to offer high end marketing campaigns to businesses offering websites that actually work and generate leads and sales. 15,000 and up in price. Everyone in my community/city has brochure ware style sites minus the ones but in many aspects including the ones I have built. I also believe that business owners should be educated and have options as to who try choose for design building and marketing there sites. But that doesn't mean that I don't want to control and or make money in the process. Example offering a community of designers developers and other creatives and marketers to business owners for a fee and or make a profit from advertising for existing web design companies.

What's your input if you were gonna do It how would it get done. Where would you make your money? Any advice would be awesome

So from your post, I'm getting that you want to provide businesses with websites and leads.

And you want to charge $15K or more...

Is this a monthly fee? Yearly?

If it's a one off $15K payment say, for a year, then it makes sense...

Also consider doing it on a monthly basis, say $1,250 per month for 12 months. This makes it a lot more attractive and will draw in more business to you.

Yes, the old way of doing business with the shake of the hand is still around, but, BUT, if you're running a virtual business, the whole world opens up to you... and doing business virtually, without even meeting your potential clients, becomes easily possible, even at your price point.

Try coming up with a video presentation that educates your prospects, and then at the end, you outline what you can provide. Then it's a matter of driving traffic through your funnel, which you can then close 100% virtually through your sales vid, webinars, or through phone.
