I like studiopress.com. They have a number of good templates (or child themes) that could be used for marketing.

If you decide on the Genesis Framework, there's a theme site I've been looking at, but haven't yet purchased from: Genesis Child Themes | Premium WordPress Themes. Looks like some very nice themes, but developer package just a little out of my price range right now.

I really, really like the 'X' theme:. It's sold on themeforst, and I use it on my own site.

It has a bunch variants with different looks, so you can use it for different businesses and not have it look like the same theme

Alright let me apologize in advance. I feel like I should know this but I don't. What exactly is the difference between and theme and a framework again? Can you have one without the other?

I use Elegant Themes for most of my sites. You get 87 themes for just $90 per year + you get access to their plugins. I really like their custom page builder
