Default Learn from my niche marketing mistakes (all in the post)

Here's my honest to god tips that will get you straight to online riches! First make a blog about IM and MMO! Then choose a topic you're interested in that has a massive audience make a blog then give up on it. Then make basically the same blog but in your native language, with a tiny audience and no good affiliate program to promote.

A huge bonus being that the least motivated audience is in your country, at least less likely to buy online. But of course you want to start ultra small so buy a fitting domain name. Also waste your time asking an unreliable friend for a bit of help against money down the road.

What do you have now? 2 domains at the very least that hold you back from actually profiting on your first sale. And also 2 large distractions. Oh and of course Online Riches!

(If someone comments angrily on this post that is so plainly sarcastic and an attempted warning to other newbs, I'll just have to laugh.)

Non sarcastic advice: Sift through your interests, and see if there's one that actually has a potential market. Narrow the competition down a little by selecting a low-medium traffic long tail keyword and then set out to dominate it. Don't get too hung up on your favorite things, because chances are, writing about them won't make you money.
