Does Payza really support transactions from Indian Users to Indian Merchants as Paypal doesnot?

Hi,

I have a doubt that does Payza payment processor supports transactions from Indian Users to Indian Merchants. Because Paypal doesn't provides this facility due to some RBI restrictions.
An Indian User can send & receive funds to anyone in India either in Paypal or Payza. But Indian Business Merchant transactions from Indian Users in Paypal is not provided by RBI.

To clarify, I asked support team of Payza do they support transactions for Indian Users to Indian Merchants. They said yes. So how come Payza is offering this. Is it real? Does any Indian Merchant with Payza payment processor has got this?

Plz tell me...

    yes! They did, but they did not offer local bank withdrawal options like PayPal.

          Hello,

          The answer you received from Payza Customer Support is correct, you can use a Payza account to buy and sell online in India. All account holders, Personal & Merchants, can send and receive money online using the balance in their account. If the merchant has a buy now button it will simply debit your balance and provide a receipt of sale. All merchants with an approved website review can add a checkout button on their website to accept online payments from other Payza members.

          Note that in India you can withdraw funds from your Payza account using Bank Wire.
