I need to be able to remote connect and it must have Chrome installed, So that I can run a lead gathering extension 24/7.

Hello,

You can also refer to the web hosting section of the forum to find the offers you need.
Dealing with the ressources required, it would be minimal giving the requirements mentionned.
A fast connection could be quite an asset though.

You can also try rackspace cloud servers or amazon EC2 micro instance. The EC2 has a one year free hosting plan.

when going for windows hosting look for if it is 32 bit or 64 bit because many 32 bit programs will not work on 64 bit platforms and viceversa . so decide on what your software needs then chose your os.
