E-commerce system for Forex vendors?

Hello, warriors! I have looked up all topics and most of them seem a bit outdated. Let me ask for your help. First of all, yes, Forex has a strange reputation, but let's not discuss it, if you like we may always talk about it in some other place.
So the question is - what is a good payment system that accepts new Forex vendors now?
My terms are:
1. Different payment methods for customers including credit cards;
2. Refund period with possibility to learn the reason (so called dispute system) - and , yes, better if 30 days (and please don't ask why, our company still makes refunds even later but short period makes customers more disciplined);
3. One vendor account for selling different products from different web-pages.
4. Affiliates system, payments security and at least a moderate support.

Here is what I got:
ClickBank is not comfortable for me as it allows having only 1 active product sale at the moment, while I need a possibility to sell different products web-based on different pages.
PayPal is not accepted in some countries and it is not convenient for some customers. It reduces sales volume significantly.
Digital River (MyCommerce or RegNow) has started to clean up their accounts and some vendors are blocked now.
JVZoo works with PayPal payments, so that actually is almost the same as about PayPal.
What are alternatives?

For instance:
Who refuse now to accept new Forex vendors: MyCommerce, Avangate, PayPro, 2Checkout, ShareASale, FastSpring.
Who agreed: Click2Sell, but their refund period is 90 days. (all the rest is perfect with them if anyone may need it)

Any offers or ideas? If Forex vendors are here, please share your experience with your payment system.
