should I sell my domains?

A few months ago I got the idea to set up a couple of price comparison sites aimed at the storage and student accommodation niches.
I bought about 20 domains for all the major geo areas and I now have most of them on the 1st and 2nd pages of google for their search terms.
Only now I've realised that to properly monetize would take a lot of of work (set up the price comparison site, contact providers etc..) and now with other projects and commitments I just don't have the time or enthusiasm.
However rather than just scrap the whole thing, I'm wondering if these domains would be worth anything on a site like flippa? At the moment I can show rankings, traffic and some adsense income from the sites.
Do you think anyone would be interested in taking over? or do people only want sites that can show an actual and significant income stream? I can imagine someone with experience and time being able to fully realize this idea and make good money from it, but I don't want to waste time listing on flippa if there would be no chance of them making any money...
