Reporting - Growing Business - CRM
Hi does anyone know of there is Crm or software program /script that can calculate automatically the main three ways to grow your business that can have a massive effect on your turnover ? ie: To be able to measure - No Of Customers x $ Average sale amount x Frequency of Buying = Turnover of Business
As you can see if the number of customers is 1,500 x Average Spend is $120 & they buy on average 2 Times a Year then Turnover is : $360,000
Then by applying new marketing or upsells then you will achieve this:
Customers are now through various methods then : $3,000 x Av Spend $150 and they buying frequency of 3 Times a Year instead of 2 -The Turnover is now a massive: $ 1,350,000
This is extremely powerful, however I have been calculating this manually! Surely in 2014 there should be a programmer or software system that can automate this into relevant reports that can be managed alot better?
