Customer is polite - but demanding
A customer today decided to upgrade her affiliate link to
one which earns more commission.
She had problems with the download. Although I replied to
each of her questions within minutes she said
"I feel as if I am losing sales while we are discussing this".
I should point out that she had been sitting on the option
to upgrade since May 28th.
