Wordpress: How to create a flow chart?

Hey WP experts,

I need a flow chart in one of my pages, something like this: BBC - Radio 1 - Charts - The Official UK Top 40 Singles Chart

I want to list top 50 of something, and rather than just listing them, I want to put an avatar, headline, some text next to each option. It doesn't have to be as fancy as that one - I just need the similar structure.

How do I accomplish this in WP? I've spent days looking for plugins and there really isn't one that would create this type of chart. There are others, but I need this type specifically.

      Yeah, it's not like I haven't thought of this. I was kind of looking for a less costly option.

      There has to be a plugin or some guide somewhere on how to do these. I don't need anything fancy, just the framework basically.

      But anyway, how much might such a service from a freelancer cost?
