Email Marketing Funnel Question

Hey Guys,

Im pretty new here, yet I have been following Warrior Forum for years reading and learning from you guys and for that I am very grateful. I finally decided to register because I had a question I could not get answered anywhere! I have searched the net, asked my mentors and people have come up with several different answers, but none were like "here is what you do," all i have really gotten were possible suggestions without confidence behind them. Anyways here is what I want to know..

So I have many websites, but lets just say I have 10 for the sake of it. And each one of these ecommerce websites is in a similar domain. Meaning that each attracts the same type of customer, but the only problem is that the ecommerce websites are segmented by product type. So lets say for example I have 10 websites that are geared towards basketball. BB shoes, BB equipment, BB clothing etc... The issue I am having it creating the architecture for my email marketing sales and responder funnel to try and cross promote websites. Since its the same customer on each website there is a clear possibility to cross sell them to other websites, but at what point in the funnel do you introduce your other brand websites and how would be the best way to convey it to your list to make them feel most comfortable, since they didnt buy from the website you are introducing them too..

Anyways, appreciate the feedback and I apologize in advance if this was a stupid question that is a no brainer.

You could put links to your related sites in your email footer.

Yes, I will surely put links in there but just posting links will not do justice when I want to up sell my customer and put them into a different segment. Im sure there are email marketing experts that have a strategy for this. To introduce another website in an email funnel, making the customer or lead comfortable with being redirected to another ecommerce website etc...

as soon as they buy the main offer, immediately ask them "would you like fries with that?"

BB Shoes > BB Socks | BB Clothing | Shoe Cleaner | Extra Shoe Laces | Buy a 2nd one and get 10% off on the whole purchase.

You have to study email marketing to learn all the details you need to know about this matter. I’m writing new email messages now that I understood that my old messages were not well-organized. You have to follow a specific system to get results.

Rocky Tapscott gives you good lessons about email marketing. I found him at YouTube two days ago. (I’m not his affiliate, of course)

Aweber gives you lessons too, but they are silly according to my opinion.

Studying email marketing and building a rapport with your list is what you need to focus on. There are a lot of courses out there, but I really feel Sean Mize is an authority on the subject. You can search him in the WSO section and will find plenty of information.
