Hi, someone has been posting to my blog, how do I stop him?

How is it possible that anyone can do this?

Perhaps you have the blog set to anyone can post?

Perhaps they have figured out your username and password?

Make sure no one can post to your blog except yourself.

    Change your username and password.

    Monitor your blog closely.

    Hope This Helps!!

Are you using WordPress? If so, there are a few settings you should look at. These are all found under the Settings menu on your Dashboard.

      General
Look for the Membership setting. Make sure that "Anyone can register" is not checked. Or leave it checked and make sure that the default role is "Subscriber."

      Writing
In the Remote Publishing section make sure that both boxes are not checked unless you're relying on remote publishing for your own posts. Delete any information in the Post via e-mail section unless you're using that for your own posts. If you are, change the password.

Then go to the Users page and delete all users who aren't you or change their roles to "Subscriber."

      I hope this helps.
