Interviewing people - Who are the best?

I am busy with a new site that will cover a lot of topics, all IM/SEO related and was thinking about interviewing people in several categories.

It's all in pre-research phase right now but who would you like to see interviewed?

Sections that I want to cover:

- PPC / Paid traffic specialists
- Succesful people who really made it big time in IM
- List building experts
- Copywriters
- CEO's from large companies that relate to IM
- Success stories from people like you and me

This is not to pitch anyone services, just to get some inspiration for my new site so if you can recommend anyone I will of course do additional research.

not to bust your chops, but shouldn't you have an idea of who the key influencers are within your niche prior to starting a business?

SEO is my profession, that's why you don't see that mentioned in the OP, as well as some other categories of experts that I'm aware of already.

I don't have too much experience with list building and paid traffic experts, and this week I hired my first professional copy writer so would like some input.

      Hope that makes sense!

The topics that I know little about won't be discussed in great detail on my new site, it will be more in the shape of case studies so that people can see what works and what doesn't and the success or failure of the site will be the ultimate proof. Obvious I will also talk about my failures, I'm not going to present myself as the all round expert but might become one over the years.

The plan is to master these skills and/or find true professionals to outsource certain tasks to, that I can then recommend to my audience.

Copy writing is something I will probably never learn so I obvious won't dedicate any articles to that, that's what the interviews are for, to fill in the gaps and to offer some interesting reads.

Some might say my focus is too broad, well all I do relates to traffic + converting, in other words making money online.

Earlier I thought about turning it into a membership/coaching type of thing at some point but I already cancelled that idea. It's more of a self study project that will allow me to create an authority styled business, that I can teach / outsource and expand to many niches by gathering the needed skill sets, all about marketing really.

Once I know who the influencers are I can also provide better content myself by kind of combining their posts / tips / advices. I admit not really ground breaking but the market is large enough and much better then spreading half truth's which you see quite a lot online.
