Blogging Ebooks - Improve Writing

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there had some ebooks they could possibly send me to send a link to that would help with writing blog posts. Things to include, format, doing proper research, writing in your own words, eye catching headers etc. That's my main focus, i would like to start blogging but i am not the best writer, at least i don't think i am, and i would like to learn how to write better, i would also be interested in ebooks that cover making money from your blogs as i would eventually like to try and make a little bit of money from blogging, not looking to get rich just a little extra pocket money.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I know this isn't exactly what you were asking for, but it is slightly related.

If you want to get better at writing, then one of the best things you can do is write. Make a blog about a random topic, or about anything in general, and decide to be dedicated enough to write out a post every day or two. It will build the habit of facing the task of writing, and after 30 days you'll have 30 examples of areas you can improve on. After a few months you might even change your writing style, perspective, approach, etc. All of the aspects that you mentioned wanting to improve on you will be more aware of after practice.

Some cause-oriented hackers recently hacked one of my websites. So I researched what they're about and then donated a large sum of money to the entity they hate the most.

The next time they hack one of my websites I'm going to donate DOUBLE.

Thank you for the advice, it makes perfect sense, are there some good well written blogs that you are aware of that i can use to compare my writings to theirs? i don't expect it to be the same but just something to reference to see what i am missing or need to work on

Thank you, i have bookmarked the blog so i will explore it and learn what i can from it. I'm on disability and i know that $6 may not seem like a lot but i am usually out of money by the third week of the month so i will purchase the book when i get the chance and read through it. Thank you for writing a response

To reiterate what the above posts have said - do a little writing daily and your writing will improve. Writing is a skill and it is improved through practising on a regular basis.

When you are getting together your ideas for writing, using mindmapping can work brilliantly. You can use pen and paper and this is what I do or you can use free online mindmapping tools - just Google mindmapping to get an idea of what it is about and then search for - free mindmapping tools if you want to give online tools a go.

I tend to like pencil and paper as I tend to spend too much time making online mindmapping look nice rather than getting on with the job.

Write as though you are writing to a 12 year old, don't use language that is too hard to understand or sounds grandiose.

Use Google docs when you are actually writing and use the research function so that you can be researching for content while you are writing. Just get the info down and worry about the grammar, spelling and punctuation later. The research function is incredibly useful. It sits at the side of the document so you can be browsing while you are writing.

Set aside 15 mins a day and just write about anything. There will be no pressure and you will be improving your skills - a win win situation.

the research side panel isn't pulling up any information, are there any other sites like google doc that i can have a writing document up and a side panel with research information?
