What Are You Doing Or Going To Do With Your Profits From Your Online Business??

After you go full time and have paid your bills etc., what investments are you going to make or are making right now with your extra profits?

Me?

I have a couple of rentals and would like a few more since I'm not going to move out of my metro area and I don't/can't/won't trust my retirement to the stock markets.

It's hard to go wrong with real estate especially if someone else is going to pay for 70-80% of it as a renter and if you purchase a quality property, maintenance is quite low.

How about you?

Getting rid of debt and creating a contingency fund is a very smart move in these days and times.

One never knows what financial problems lurk around every corner.

Speaking of building a college fund those 529 college plans are pretty powerful for US residents.

Same as you TL. But I would also be interested being a private business investor! I just want to own and have a hand in many different types of businesses on and offline!

My plan is to first of all donate 5k to breast cancer research and 5k to diabetes research. Other than that I plan on saving up enough to invest in multiple companies. Being that I'm a mortgage loan officer now I would also hope to start investing in property in about 6 months to a year when I personally expect the market downward trend to stop. I could be wrong though, obviously.

I'd like to eventually hire a bunch of programmers to create our own operating system and computer, following the Apple model.

As things are right now, it will take a while.

For me, I'm investing my profits into targeted stock market investments (small to mid cap companies) and real estate. The tax advantages of real estate with 1031 exchanges and such makes it a sure fire winner. Not to mention that you can refinance your property and essentially get your capital gains indirectly (and tax free). This is definitely one of the biggest reasons why the rich invest in real estate.

    Plus it makes money.

Eventually, I'd love to run a private investment firm that is a hybrid private equity/venture capital firm.

Use my marketing skills to increase sales and triple investments in firms that i find interesting

Gotta love being on the cutting edge of marketing...

    Cheers,

I'm just looking to build a business that can support me for the rest of my life (I'm 21 now, how great would it be to get everything figured out NOW?), and start ferreting away money for getting the most out of life. Way I see it, we only have a short time on this planet and there's a lot to experience...be a shame to never get out of my hometown and miss out on so much the world has to offer.

First thing I'd love to be able to fund using IM: a 3+ month trip through Europe, seeing all the sights (love ancient architecture!).

My goal is to pay off my mortgage FAST and get out of debt, After that, I will use my online earnings for real estate investing. Right now it seems like that goal is light years away, since I am only at the $300 per month online income level now... but I know that can change rapidly with the right product and/or JV-opportunity. I am working on that part!

I have about $40k in personal debt from the collapse of my brick-and-mortar business.

Beyond that, I just want control of my own income. I don't want to rely on a boss, a client, or someone else's performance. I want to be absolutely, 100% in charge of my own success.

That's one of the beauties of an online business, you don't need to rely on anyone except your ability to generate income and can have total control of the process.
