Can you help me with dealings of international clients and partners

Hey Warriors,

I'm always the first to admit when I am wrong, and well, over the past couple weeks I'm seeing a trend that I am not liking in my business, and that is when it comes down to working with & doing business with international clients and partners.

Currently, I have a few clients that are 6-10 hours in time difference as well as a few partners that are 6-10 hours in time difference.

I have done the whole, I'll stay up till 2am (EST) so we can talk at your 8am, but accidentally falling asleep, family situations, and personal problems always seem to get away in those hours, and my business hours are their personal times, etc, etc...

So I guess I'm wondering if there is anyone that can give me some insight to how you handle your international relationships.

    Me and my partner are working on a huge product launch. And guess what?

    He's from UK and I'm from Malaysia. (GMT + 8)

    My previous business partners are from Canada, California, Kansas and even Australia.

    LOL.

    But we managed to pull it through even though there's lots of these problems.
