Hi All,

I have some two issues with wordpress development:-

1 - When I am trying to add wordpress categories created to menu, its not getting added. What would be the fault in it?
2 - The positioning of the menu buttons are not happening.

Please suggest me the necessary tips that could be done up resolving these issues.

Leslie!!

I don't think your question is very clear. So I'm going to try to help you with the limited information.

Categories are not added by default to menus.

By default a wordpress category only shows in the menu if there is content inside of it to display. Do you have posts in the category? If not, there's your answer

2 - The positioning of the menu buttons are not happening.
Most of the time this is an issue with the theme itself. If you know CSS it often isn't terribly difficult to find the problem. If you're not then you may need to select another theme.

Log into the dashboard and go to Appearance > Menus. Select the Edit Menus tab. Click on the Categories dropdown, and drag the categories over to the menu list. Arrange them in the right order by dragging with the mouse. Save the menu, then set it as the default.

As StanHyeck says, if there's no content in the category, then it won't display.
