"Disclaimers" - A Quick Question

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey gang,
So I have gotten into a bit of Affiliate Marketing. I know you have to list a disclaimer on your website if any of the links you promote are an affiliate sales link. I wanted to know if you have to also disclose that you are an affiliate if you create video tutorials that will be embedded on the same website with the written disclaimer or not?

If you already have a disclaimer on your website so people know you're an affiliate, I don't think you'd need another disclaimer if you're embedding a YouTube video on the same website. Seems redundant. If in doubt, just make the disclaimer for the video too. It can't hurt.

Clickbank and all network affiliate network sites have their disclaimers that you have to mandatory add on your sales and download pages.

If the video will be publicly available on YouTube or any other site, you need the disclaimer in the video.
