Anyone Have Experience Negotiating Affiliate Rates

Hey guys,
I am an affiliate via impact radius and am currently doing approximately 20k a month in sales for a particular affiliate program. Is this substantial enough to purpose an increased commission percentage?

I would assume that approx. 250k in sales a year deserves a higher rate than the majority of affiliates doing far less.

But I am new to this and appreciate the knowledge of those whom have experience in this situation.
