Flippa price for a website that has traffic but not monetize?

If I have a website that has, say, 3 keywords, ranked in the first page of Google. Each keyword has over 9,000 searches, which means a potential 27,000 searches per month.

However, the website is not monetized yet and traffic has been ranging between 50-100 visitors per day.

What do you think would be the selling price for this type of website at Flippa?

    It depends.

Is it not generating any money simply because you haven't attempted to monetize it at all? There's no ad's or affiliate links on it at all?

If so, then how likely are those keywords to be buying keywords as opposed to people seeking basic information?

Basically, think about how you would monetize the site and then do some math. Estimate what sort of money it could make with the current traffic and that should give you a rough idea of its potential.

Depending on traffic and earnings you could charge anywhere between 5 and 12 times your monthly earnings, but since this isn't monetized, you'd have to highlight the ranked keyword aspect of your site and maybe that could get you around $75-$100 tops.

If you had adsense you'd have probably made around $30-40 per month with average keywords. That would would have brought you maybe $150 or 200 bucks, buy since it isn't monetized, you'll probably make much less than that. You also need to consider how a buyer would be benefited by buying you site - the expenses, the waiting period etc.

But then, the domain, the design and other stuff matter too. So, you might get higher than that too.

I sold many websites on flippa and I can safely tell you that a website that isn`t monetized, although it could be a lot better than one earning pennies, will be sold harder than the one earning something.
