What are the best tools for reputation management?

I'm trying to get a handle on what the best tools are for reputation management.

The main areas that I'm looking to monitor are:
  • Review sites and directories
  • Social media
  • Web in general (think Google Alerts on steroids)

Have any of you found some good tools for tracking this stuff? Or tools that are particular good at tracking one of these areas?

I've seen a couple like mention and sprout social that have decent apps for managing this stuff on the go, which is definitely a plus.

    Have you ever heard of www.Knowem.com ?

    This is a site where you can manage all of your social media accounts across the internet . . . all from one dashboard.

    Although it comes with a membership, I highly recommend this if you would like to brand yourself quickly and not manually fill out all of your social media profiles. . . which can be very time consuming.

    Hey! I'm not sure if you're still looking but sweetiQ is a tool which tracks reviews of specific store locations, or monitors an entire brand. Of the three things you are asking for:

    Review sites and directories: this is one of the platforms main features. It can aggregate on-line reviews for 1 location, a region, or an entire brand.
    Social media: they do not currently have this function, but it is coming soon.
    Web in general (think Google Alerts on steroids): you can use sweetiQ to track keywords on all directories to monitor your SERP.
