Proper RSS Feed Syntax for Top Web 2.0 Sites

Howdy,

I've done RSS feed submissions and get errors that my URLs submitted are not valid RSS feeds.

I am using 4 PR7 social networking sites for my famed mini-net that surrounds my pre-sales page.

Can you tell me the proper RSS feed sytax for with an example?

Webs.com

Wikispaces.com

Wetpaint.com

I plan on making these sites part of my mininet for my current campaign and many more to come so I need to get this feed sytax straightened out.

      Discovered that only 2 of my 4 feeds are good that I've been submitting. Dang!

      Now I have to find the syntax for feeds to wetpaint.com & webs.com

      Does anyone do RSS feeds for these sites?
