How to reference sources for articles?
Hello there!
I've been trying to write some articles about fitness and nutrition. Mainly focused on how our bodies work and how they respond to trying and proper nutrition.
The problem is - I know the stuff I am writing about cause I've learned it in college or some book a long time ago.
But now, I see articles like this in my niche - Are Pre-Workout Carbs A Good Idea? | Fitness and Power
With all those references bellow it.
Do I have to reference as well?
I don't have those books anymore and even if I had, most of them are in foreign language therefore referencing them would look weird(I am writing English articles of course).
Someone might have an idea where can find sources for my writings so that I could reference them?
Do I need to buy books just so that I could reference them even though I know it already( and maybe more
)
Please help me, I am full of ideas I want to spread but there always seems to be an obstacle in the way.
