Is it really possilbe to find a serious JV?

I've been trying this for quite some time now, to find a serious JV.

Basically I setup a blog quite a while ago and have been dricing traffic to it.

That's all well and good, but it's missing a vital ingredient.

A backend sales process.

And has been for a very long time.

I guessed that making friends on Skype would mean some people would be interested in working with me.

I guess thoiugh that these people are the same as me, too busy doing their own thing to get serious about something not theirs even thought it's a very reasonable and serious way to start generating income from what's already there.

My heart dampens at how much I want todo this but can't find the right time, I guess I wish I had a serious JV partner that wants to work with me but I just can't find one.

To me it's a very lucrative opptountiy in thought but to action alone or without someone to make sure it all goes the right way I'm basically leaving thousands lying on the table.

What's your thoughts on me finding a knowledgable and serious JV partner?

I tried pushing my stuff to JV's right off the bat and they never seems interested. Now I building connections with customers and sometimes you get really really important customers. That will in turn connect to JV's. JV are seldom interested in good ideas. They want to either grab what's already hot (never mind the cost) or something that fills the void in their immediate business needs.
I figured I'll do my thing the best - and whatever business come my way will be the most harmoneous.

I understand everything, I really do need help from a hiher authority to do this..

It's staring me in the face but it's all so much work, I'll kill myself in the process if going it alone.

Whereas someone with authority could probably have everything done in no time, as they've done it a hundred times over and I'm just starting out with the lowest budget imaginable.

MemberWing, that is a great point about customers becoming partners. I remember several years ago, we had a new customer, and they offered us $1500/month to work with them, and that was as much as I was making at the time at my full time job after taxes ($12/hour). I was really excited.

As it turns out, this customer bounced the third check, and it wasn't as good of a deal as it first seemed, but this was the start of my education...

I learned that it was possible to find one customer that would pay me the same amount as I was making on my full time job.

Intrepreneur, I would love to know more about what you are doing, but I see no signature link. You might want to think of something appealing to add to your signature such as "Motivated Student Ready to Work Hard. Ask Me How I Can Help YOU!!!"

Make sure the signature is linking to something if possible. There might be someone that would find you to be a perfect fit for them. I still don't know what it is you are looking for exactly. You need to clearly describe it and have a link to it. That would be a start.

I don't know what to write I tried a few times and got stuck.

The exactly what I'm looking for is the ability to create backend sales process on an existing blog I have with existing products I own.

It's the implementation I just cannot even begin to start.

If I were you, I would just throw up a web page and have at least some way to contact you. Your copy may be laughable at first, but don't worry! You'll improve it over time.
And you'd be surprised how BAD sales copy still works!
Don't wait any longer. Get this done.

I don't recommend this for everyone but this is how I found my first jv partners .

I clean my inbox about once a month. The way I used to do this was to reply to an offer email or what ever and if it came back as a no reply I would delete them.

Then I thought why not make the email count

I stated offering 80% of the revenues on a single tier product in the reply backs .

Now just because someone does not reply back does not mean that I unsubed . I only unsubed if it came back undeliverable or a this mailbox is not monitored .

Imagine my surprise when I started getting some actual big time list owners interested . Sure I don't make anything from the initial sale by the time I pay the affiliate manager and cc fees . That is what back ends are for and when combined with a forced opt in your list can explode.

Now PLEASE do not reply back to someones email and try to tell them how much your product will help them or worse yet send them an affiliate link. Few will reply back anyway . Those that do see you are willing to basically lose money upfront to deal with them.

Did you post in the jv section? What is in it for the JV partner? Maybe the idea doesnt sound appealing enough, or maybe there isnt enough in it for them... Just a couple of ideas.

I can identify with the frustrating feeling of trying to find JV partners. I just about gave up and decided to focus on making my product the best it can be and try driving traffic on my own. There are LOTS of tips and WSO's in this forum to help me do just that. It's a long hard road of hit and miss....but I figure that if my product becomes a smashing success, the JV partners will start calling me!!!

you're going about it all wrong. You are in the "me, me, me" mindset. If you want to get JV's you have to hammer away at the "what's in it for them"

You have to answer the question "why would they want to JV with you as opposed to someone else?"

Quality marketers get dozens of JV requests a day. You have to find a way to make it irresistable for them to get them to even look at something. And the way you're sounding right now - it's all about YOU and YOUR product.

Also you'd be surprised what you can get accomplished on your own if you tackle it in small chunks instead of worrying about how much work it is.

I suppose this is why I fail to find a JV partner.

But if only I could find an angel out there that will help me do this right and profit from it for forever as long as I do, because once it's set-up its a cash machine and needs no more work apart from me driving constant traffic for years to come.

So find a way to show the value of it for your potential JV partners. Like I said - why would someone choose you to deicate their time (aka $) to?

      Excellent idea.

      You know Intrepreneur, Jay's right.

Why not JV with...the warrior forum!

You can just invest your $20 on a classified, get some results/feedback,
test the waters to gauge interest and even have some numbers to
      share with potential partners.

If you give half an effort at all, what's the worse that could happen?

You make your $20 investment back in multiples.

Now, what if something better than the worst happens?
