Yes this means you can use it and claim you are the author but you can not sell it.

Yes, authorship rights are yours, so you can post it on the blog as by ____ (you). You don't have to reference the copyright but you can't sell the article, as you don't have rights to (you don't "own") the copyright.

Hmm... I am sure you guys all mean well but I am still confused. I have always thought that this was the oddest and possibly wrong headed combination of licensing terms....

OP... what other terms are included with this product?

For you folks that replied above... Do you mean that he can't sell and pass on the PLR or are you saying that he can't include this material in a product (whole or in part?) and sell that derivative product?

      Thanks for your answers!

The PLR content provider has the copyright to the work, in this case, the PLR content. You, as the buyer, purchase certain rights (in the form of a PLR license) to the content, such as the right to use the content and the right to change it.

According to the terms of the PLR license, the holder of the PLR license can sell the content/product.

Either way, according to the license, both are allowed. The holder of the PLR license is able to sell the product/content, as well as pass on Private Label Rights to others.
