WP Minify Compatibility issue

From few days wp minify wp plugin is not working on my blog (technotrait.com).
After activation ,it will just disturb the thesis theme and no formating.design layout is seen. When i deactivated the wp minify ,All become normal. Kindly have some solution,because i have deactivated and then activated each plugin one by one but in vein.
I need this plugin because it decreases my blog loading time.
Refer to any other plugin ,if you have...?
