WP Plugin promo and buyer downloads from WP marketplace?

Hi all

Does anybody know if its possible to launch an affilaite campaign where the buyer downloads directly from WP marketplace? Looking to help out a friend who has a good plugin but wants to ensure that all buyers get it from that location?

Hi,
There are several plugins which are there in the marketplace for the purpose of product licensing system.
One such free plugin is: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-licensing-system/

There are other paid ones, can be found by searching on Google.

Licensing will ensure that your friend will be paid even when the product have been sold by his affiliates.
