Getting mp3 to play on a flash player... [audio on my blog] how??

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to put an mp3 onto my blog using the Audio Player wp plugin, but I'm getting the chipmunk effect on my recording because, as I've learned, the mp3 needs to be encoded at a rate that's a multiple of 11.025 Khz etc...

So the file i have is a skype recording, from Pamela, an mp3 file.

I use audacity to change the encoding to 22050 khz, the recommended rate, and then the voices sound too deep and slow. The default encoding on the original file is 24000 khz apparently...

So the question is (and I'm sure I'm not the only one to have run into this) is how the heck can I get this mp3 to play in the flash player so I can get it on my blog...

Ideas anyone?
