Can someone find my Favicon please?

I hate them!

I'm techie enough that I can do most of what I need, but favicons really are hit & miss for me!

Some show up and others just never show up for duty!

Could someone please check out my site & see what the hell I'm doin wrong!

    Stef,

    It's there. Frequently your browser will display a cached version of your site when you view it on the computer you've used to create the site. By the time you start going public with it you have navigated to it hundreds of times with a number of different browsers. Suggest that you clear your cache, then see if the favicon.ico shows up for you.

    With IE sometimes you've got to clear your cache and then restart your computer before it shows in that browser. Don't know why, just know it sometimes does.

    Additionally, the white background of the the icon shows up on FF navigation bar and FF & IEexp tabs. I've taken it and gotten rid of the background so that the icon appears round regardless of the color of the background the icon is on. If you wish you can grab it here:

    and this is why I love WF sooooo much!

    Richard - yes, my fault for not explaining! It's freezing cold and my brain is all iced up - possibly why I couldnt get the damned thang to work! It isnt showing in my browsers on my site like it should.

    I followed all your advice (treasures!) and can now see it - WITHOUT the white background.
