Third Party E-CHECK Processing with QUICK Setup?
I'm looking for a 3rd party biller (like Paypal) that can process e-check payments from my customers (ACH, Check 21, or whatever). The customer enters their routing # and account # and the payment is withdrawn from their bank account.
I'm looking for a 3rd party solution for the sake of SPEED and EASE of getting set-up quickly. If I have to go through a big application process calling slow ass people every day etc I might as well get my own account which I'd like to avoid at the time being.
If you know of some good ones please let me know. If they accept credit cards too that's a PLUS.

P.S. I've also heard of a similar alternative payment solution called "online banking" payments. Basically the person enters their online banking username and password and the gateway connects to their account and withdraws the payment from their bank account. If you know any 3rd party solutions for this I'd also like to know.
