Can this link be re-directed?

Here's a scenario: I don't have a site for a certain CPA I want to promote. So all I have is the long affiliate link. I know I can cloak the link with bit.ly or tinyurl or something to pretty it up, but once the end client gets there he still see's the affiliate link in the browser. And I know I could set up a site and do a double refresh or php redirect, but let's say I don't want to.

So two questions:
1. Is there a way to do a re-direct of just a link so the affiliate ID is not shown?
2. And I don't want the CPA network to know where the lead came from.

How best to do that?

Think about it like this pal. How often have you done a google search and found a site you liked. When you got to the site you read the content and never really looked at the url of the site. While on the other hand when you finished and scrolled down to the bottom you see the copyright which is more or less the url of the site you just liked. You now make note of the url or you simply go up to your bookmarks and bookmark the page. Never once have you taken note to all the url thinking that it if you place the main domain in you will not be brought back to the page you where just at.
