Dear Warriors, I have several articles on EzineArticles listed on Google. but these articles has ugly description. I think Google or EzineArticles randomly select which sentence going to show. Is there any way to 'tell' Google or EzineArticles to use description as we want...? thanks. |

I have an Ezine Articles question, that you might know the answer to. I submitted an article not so long ago, it was short and to the point. I did nothing with it and now notice it's got a PR of 1 and at the top of google for it's keywords. Is there a secret to having your article featured in EzineArticles? Thanks. | |

As far as I know, Google selects the sentences that match whatever keyword is type in to the search term. Ezinearticles, use's what what you typed in when you submitted the article. So if you want to determined what is shown in the Google search results, you would have to increase your keyword density, and construct what you want around your chosen keyword. |

It all depends on what the searcher types when looking for information. Say for example someone searched for "best cricket bat" Google will scan the page and may show parts of your articles that has those words and then make a description with it.

You can influence your chances of having the sentence or sentences you want by making sure they contain the main keyword phrase you originally wrote the article around. Your secondary keyword phrases will be decided upon by Google. However, if you practice good article writing and make sure that your secondary keyword phrases are used in quality sentences then you will have no issues. The key is to just write a good article so no matter what description is used from it by the search engines it always makes sense and is quality content. Tim |
