Delavo Users in the Philippines?

Once again I find my life in paradise comes with a price. I am wondering if there are any other Delavo users in the Philippines. The reason I ask is not to complain (lest the mods feel the need to delete) but to ask for assistance.

I have been working with the tech support people over at Delavo and they finally answered a question I asked about two weeks ago so we have discovered part of the problem. It seems as if their server is blocked here.

I am a subscriber of Smart Bro but they are routing me from Smart here in Cavite through a Bayantel server in Makati City and the Delavo servers, Use-Sell servers and others are blocked. I can not ping them or connect to any of their sites. Fortunately, the help-desk is apparently on a different server and I can connect there but they have had their hands full as well.

Anybody who is a technician who lives here may understand my hesitation to call Smart Support and look for help here first.

My next step will be trying to sign on from a net cafe that does not use smart but given the insecurities there, I am hesitant to do that. If there is anybody else here who has had similar problems, would you be so kind as to let me know what you did to get around it? (No I do not have a laptop I can go around with ... I am stuck here at home on a desktop)

Thanks Bev, I am at a loss and I really am not very hopeful about customer support here. As it is, I cannot get anything from them til Monday at the earliest. Holidays here right now.
