Adding external links to your YouTube videos

So we all know that you can put those little pop up bubbles over your videos. Most of us know that those bubbles could also link to other videos of ours, to our YouTube channel or to one of a few approved fundraising sites. But what about linking to any arbitrary site we want? Now that would be cool. I never thought this was possible but I found out how to do it today. Here is a video that I found which explains it.

      Clickable Annotations work for desktop users but not for mobile users.
      Any one know a way to get a clickable link or clickable annotation to work for Mobile Users?
