Best CRM system for Continuity billing

Hello Warriors,

Happy Friday to you all!

I need some advice on which CRM system with built in continuity billing is the best. I am doing some research for a client and of course thought that you all might have some feedback.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I use DotNetNuke - The Leading Open Source Web Content Management Framework for ASP.NET

    along with a commercial 3rd party control from Ventrian Systems - DotNetNuke Modules, Skins & Skin Objects that integrates with PayPal.

    I also use 1ShoppingCart.com for other sites.

      I am very familiar with DNN and use it quite a bit.

      So this 3rd party plug in does it work with PayPal Pro? Any other gateways? How customizable is it?

        Scott gives the source as part of the subscription. Yes it works with payments pro.

        Unfortunately no other gateways right now, but I imagine he would add them as a sponsored project thingie.

        As you know, Paypal isn't really all that great on subscriptions. This one doesn't actually renew, but alerts the user to the pending expiration and prompts them to renew.

        I use it to allow subscribers to auto-enroll into a security role, that is then applied to specific content areas of the DNN site to give them the appropriate level of access.

            Hi,

            I know this post is quite old but Centurion offers a great Continuity CRM @ centurionlogics .com They have the flexibility of tying Gateways to Products and are already integrated with hundreds of Banks/Gateways. They also can help you with merchant accounts.

            I've been with them for over a year!

    Did you mean a CMS? I relate CRM to products like SugarCRM.

    What features do you need? It's difficult to recommend something without knowing the scope of it's use.

      Their main concern is the continuity billing system. They need for it to be very robust and customizable.

      They would like to have everything in one place for billing, customer support etc...
