Default Quick survey re: written goals. Do you have them?

I'd appreciate any feedback on this.

Do you have WRITTEN goals? If so, for how far out into your future? 5 years? 3? ONE YEAR?

Do you have WRITTEN goals for this month?

OR do you just wing it and work on things as they come up? Or focus on project by project? Are you day by day?

I've done some research on this subject with "established success", that is, people who have become mulit-millionaires or are established experts in their field. It was a revealing survey and you'd be surprised.

So please? Do you have WRITTEN goals?

Thanks,

gjabiz

Yes, I do. I have only written for one year so far, though. Things have started coming together over the past few months quite nicely and soon I will be coming up with longer term goals.

I have mine divided into weekly and monthly mini-goals and the one year larger goal. I also am one of those people who has daily lists of priority tasks which I mostly go by (occasionally take a mental health day).

Yes. I started writing my goals 30 years ago. It has been an indispensable tool.

In 2003 I heard someone (I think it was Mark Victor Hansen) telling listeners to write a list of 101 goals... everything you could ever want. So I wrote one, and mine came out to be 124 goals.

Five years later by the end of 2008 I had achieved 69 of those goals, changed my mind about wanting 22 of the goals which left 33 with which to start a new 101 list. I actually had made a note about these number at the begining of the new list.

My new "101" list is only at 54 goals.

Darn! I had better go add some more.

I do write them often - though I'm fairly flexible about changing
them on the fly, priorities shift in real life.
