Loading files to FTP

Is there someone who can walk me through how to load a couple files on my server in Dreamhost?

    Download Filezilla.
    In the very top field enter your site's username and password and click quickconnect.
    That will bring you site into the right hand field. Open public HTML.

    On the left side (your computer files) locate the page you want to upload along with any images.
    Drag and drop the page and images into public html.

    That's it.
