Lead distribution solution

I have done quite a bit of research on the topic. I like readymade software's on the market but not able to afford few hundred a month. I tested ZOHO CRM but not able to send leads out to external emails and buyers inboxes. So basically most of the CRM's do not have lead distribution option out of the platform itself.
Since i am just starting out with this and have limited budget how do I distribute lead effectively and cheap. I have right now 2 buyers. Each new buyers adds extra layer of complexity.
Are there any simple gmail add-on's
Are there any open-source Lead distribution solutions
How are you guys doing this?
I am not in the popular leadgen market where all the nice features are really necessary. In a month or two i would sure be looking to get one of the premium solutions, but right now I need something cheap.

    I'm looking for something similar to what your talking about. I need to be able to send the leads to the buyer but once a limit is hit it stops sending automatically.

      If you are talking about delivering the leads to the buyer why not create a download page and deliver them in zip, Csv, or excel files? I could help you set it up.
