I bought an expensive PLR and MRR package, inside I found some books copright of a well known publisher.

The seller claims they have resale rights to all the books?

Could this be wrong?

Does the package include a license file?

If so, there may well be a link to the site of the original vendor/publisher.

If not contact the the publisher who you specify in your post as claiming copyright from within the books.

His or her reply should establish what you can and can't do. Provided of course, that they are the original creators of the product!

Buying on an international forum such as the Internet almost always carries greater risks than purchasing from within your own country and being subject to "local law".

    Regards,
    Jeff.

These books are copright of Wiley Publishing.

Does anyone know if Wiley publishing offer resell rights to their books?

I would write a physical snail mail letter to Wiley Publishing naming the works, and the company you purchased them from, and ask them for the straight goods. If someone is flogging bootlegged versions of their IP, they will want to know. If they say it's fine, then you will have peace of mind to go ahead and resell the stuff.

Plenty of contact information. I would check and recheck before selling the products.
