When Did Fiverr Become so Rubbish?

So I'd buy the odd thing from Fiverr (well, I'm probably approaching 4 figures spent on Fiverr). Things like logos for small side-projects, videos, graphics and so on... Just little bits and pieces.

Anyways, I haven't bought anything for a while, went on a few hours ago to buy an order, placed the order and then was told to wait for it to be processed.

And... I'm still waiting...

It used to be pretty much instant.

So I thought, I know what... I'll just order another one from someone else. After doing so, I see both appear in my shopping.

When did it become so rubbish for us customers?

    I don't believe it is Fiverr though, but I could be wrong on this. I think it has to do with connectivity between Fiverr and their merchant account (ie. PayPal). This happens to me several times as well. I just need to come back. It also occurs with JVZOO but I usually get immediate response stating something is wrong with the processing of my payment. When I retry, it goes through without a hitch.

    Whether this is a glitch or a chronic problem, I'm not sure. But, service only improves when their bottom line is affected.

    Have you complained to Fiverr? If you voice your "outrage" and tell them that their service and gotten worse, and that you will tell your "followers" that their competitor is way better, I bet you will get your problem solved.

    Same thing has been happening to me. However, I never have to wait for more than just a few minutes.

      I've yet to have issues with Fiverr, so hopefully this is just a temporary issue. I wouldn't say the site is rubbish, but like anything else (Craigslist, etc.) you need to be cautious and keep your eyes open.
