I was going to launch my website yesterday, but then I just thought of something. My website would be better if it were a blog. That way, I can keep on posting new content and keep on helping my viewers and internet surfers in my niche will have a much higher chance of coming back for more information. Problem is, I've already made the full course in HTML and everything's ready to go. If I make a blog, how should I incorporate it into my website? Here it is: pcwithoutlimits.com I was thinking of putting a text link that says "Or you can go to my blog instead. " that takes the viewer to my blog somewhere around the opt-in box. OR I could make the squeeze page give my viewers who have signed up a link to my blog instead of the HTML course. OR I could forget the squeeze page and the html course all together and just make the blog the whole website. Which one of these is best? Does anyone have any better suggestions, maybe? |

In my opinion, it is far easier to have a self hosted wordpress site. With so many themes available that give the appearance of being a normal website, you can't go wrong. my winning ways site is one such site. Graham |

Are you looking for a business opportunity that’s property related? Well, the answer may be closer than you think – right on your doorstep perhaps. In fact, there’s money to be made anywhere you see a property for sale. Let me explain…

that's funny im working on a product just like this... lol! you could put a blog on a sub domain and add a link on your sales page there at the top for the blog. Better yet make them opt in to see the blog if it has all kinds of great free tips and content. That would require some work though to make it like a membership site, but a free one! Also if you could make it so if they opt out, they dont get to see the blog anymore might keep opt ins staying alot longer.

Well, look at it this way, I am talking from personal experience here. I started out with an html website and a blog hosted alongside it and linked to it. I posted content to my blog very regularly......the html website took something like 9 months to get pr2 Now then,I launched my winning ways wordpress site and within 3 months it attained a pr2 and has had more visitors than my original 15 month old site. I have another wordpress site that is live but not yet being advertised....only 6 weeks or so old and getting visitors. For me, based on my experiences, wordpress is the way to go. Graham |

I could not even begin to imagine running a static HTML site. If you have already created your HTML site you can still move to Joomla by copying and pasting your content - you make have to make some adjustments. Now is the time to decide. I suggest you start as you mean to continue.

I'm looking up the benefits now and it seems to be a really good engine to get a website off of the ground with. I hear Wordpress blog sites are actually really easy to promote, though. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll see if this is for me over this weekend.
