Clickbank Affiliate Link Error?

Hey Guys...

I have an affiliate link to a product on Clickbank...however on the Clickbank order page at the bottom it shows as *none* in the IE and Chrome browsers BUT my affiliate name in Firefox!

Does this mean if anyone purchases via the IE and Chrome browsers only the vendor gets paid?

PS I have cleared the cache and cookies in ALL 3 browsers!

    John,

    If for some reason the customer goes to the order page and don't have your affiliate name at the bottom of the page, you will not get credited.

      Damn I was hoping it was just a visible glitch...it is a discount page set up for me by the vendor.

    1. Try using the "conventional" hoplink, not the cloaked link. See if that makes a difference.

    2. With the current Clickbank tracking system, if a buyer does not have their browser set to accept cookies, or if they have any other type of software running such as anti-virus, or anything that manages or blocks cookies including anti-spyware / ad-blocker software, etc), then your affiliate ID may not show, and yes, you may miss out on that sale.

    This may seem a silly question but - Did you click that link in each browser?

    Was the link put in the browser or clicked off a webpage?

      Opened each browser I copied and pasted the discount page *affiliated link* into the search bar...then clicked through to the order page to see if my CB ID was there!
