Which software was used to create this video?

I'm looking to do talking head video tutorials similar to the video below. What kind of software did the video creator use for this video?

Notice that he's stepping the viewer to a slideshow deck. Is there software that allows me to video software that I'm using while talking? I'd like to do a video tutorial like Camtasia but my 'talking head' is in the video.

One work may be done in various way. I am sure in this video, the video maker used webcam & screen recording software together. first of all he connected the webcam to show his picture on the computer then start the Screen recorder software.

Right but isn't there integrated software that does this?

This looks like Camtasia with the "picture in picture" option to me.

You can also do this with any multi-track video editing software.

There's no need for Camtasia to do this. It can be done with Powerpoint 2010 or 2013 and a video camera/web cam.

Record yourself using the video camera, import that video into Powerpoint, resize and position the video, then sync the simple text animations with the video, export as video.

Ya it's just a video embedded into a power point presentation. You can record the video with a webcam or any kind of recorder for that matter. Nothing too crazy is going on here.

The cheapest way to do that is to use screencast o matic and get premium for 20$ lifetime, and use google presentation slides for free.
That is how I did my videos on my tutorials and blog post.

You can chooses as well if you want your face captured on screen as you present.
