Question on Freelancer.com??

Hey guys, I've tried to contact Freelancer.com regarding to proposal for past 2 days and Not a single reply from them.

The selected bidder sent a proposal and we award the winner.
Do we (advertiser) have to sign any paper/proposal?
Or it's will be just "verbal agreement"?

I think that the fact that he chose you as winner is already considered an agreement. You should have already asked for everything that is needed to start the work. Also, if you used escrow you should wait for the money to reach escrow, or ask the buyer to do so before you start working.

    Hi there,

Once you have awarded the project and the freelancer accepts, then they can start the work. You should set milestone payments with specific deliverables that you and the freelancer agree on.

I hope his answers your question. Let me know if you need more clarification.

Thanks for contacting here while Freelancer side are "busy"...

I understood the proposal, the winner ask us (advertiser) to sign the proposal form..(basically print - sign - scan back)..
Are this form of "agreement" allowed?

My main question is "Do I need to sign on anything since I awarded the winner for the project? "
