Help Me Improve My Conversions

I know it is still early days but so far I'm not too happy with the conversion rate.

I've had almost 400 hits with only 4 sales.

The Site Flipping Guide link in my signature is the product I'm talking about.

I did pay for a copyrighter to do my sales page which wasn't all that good. I have tried to change it and make it better and I do believe it is better, but still not good enough.

Any suggestions on what I can do to improve my sales conversions?

    My opinion :

    1. Make an opt-in form. Convince them via serial follow up
    messages.

    2. Make only 2 or 3 type of font size. So many will make you site
    mess up.

    3. Put your earning screenshot right after the headline. Not the ebook
    cover.

    Others are fine for me.

    Hope this will help you.

Thanks, I will think about adding an optin and moving the screenshot. Font sizes, I didn't think I had that many.

You devote the whole above-the-fold section to talking
about yourself and make only vague, hackneyed references
        to making easy money.

Scroll down a bit and we find:
"With Site Biz Academy, you'll get everything you need to start creating websites that sell like hotcakes - in no time at all! This site flipping guide will teach you how to create a complete website in less than an hour."

... which is actually a pretty good description of WHAT it IS and
        WHAT it DOES.

Which is what people want to know.

While stories do intrigue and have selling value, you've missed
the mark by shining the light on YOU at the top. This is not
so easily grasped why a story works in some cases and in
        others it doesn't.

Ok. Jay Abraham describes the best headline as something like:
"the most selfish promise to the prospect's own interests"
... which isn't the only type of headline, but for "make money"
stuff I think it's a good place to start.

        You wrote:

        WHO CARES?

Why should I care about how much money you make? What's
        in it for me?!!!

        ???

        then:
"Has Finally Revealed Her Strategies To Making A Lucrative And Consistent Income Online!"

        1. passive voice - blah!
        2. doesn't reveal a device, widget, or specific "carrot" to grab
        attention - juts vague hype.

        >>>This stuff just jumps out at me - I didn't read your whole letter
by a long shot - but I did spot many things I would handle
        differently.

Also - the picture of a ebook is incongruent with the
word "academy" - makes no sense.

In addition to everything that was mentioned above (I just skimmed the thread), what I noticed is that I got hit with a bunch of features, but not a lot of benefits.

There's no problem with learning how to do this or that, but what I want to hear is how to effortlessly create sites from scratch and flip them for a few hundred bucks all within 48 hours, or something like that.

It's more appealing to potential customers if you're giving them stuff rather than teaching them stuff even though it's really, in essence, the same thing.
