can somebody help me with cloning affiliate links

I purchased affiliate cloner. I put in the affiliate link. then make the link smaller. created file. put it on my desktop. then i uploaded it using filezilla. I put it in the pulblic html. with all my other files. Can anybody tell me what im doing wrong.

    I am not familiar with the tool you are using and my way may take longer. However, I will tell you how I have my affiliate links set up. I link to another page on my own site that has a meta refresh tag on it. When the person clicks they are sent to the affiliate link. There is code for this at Redirect to a Different URL using the Meta Tag "Refresh"

    You would have to change the 5 to a 0. The 5 stands for refresh in 5 seconds and you want it to be automatic.

    Not sure if this is the best way but this is the way I address the issue.
